Have you ever wanted to learn how to make sourdough bread, bi colored croissants, baguettes, brioche, focaccia and pizza dough? Now is your chance to sign up for a two day course which will teach you how to make all the breads and pastry mentioned. The class will be taught by Nelson Mansfield, an accomplished sourdough baker and founder of Nelson's Artisan School in the UK where he has taught numerous baking classes. His hands on approach to baking is the best way to teach and learn. Every student will have their hand at making their own breads which they will then take home.
The class will be held on June 8-9, 2019 at 55 Bartholomew Ave in Hartford CT. The price for this two day master class is $500.00 which includes a light breakfast and lunch on both days and a booklet with all the recipes covered. Lodging is not provided.
